Driven by a deep passion for the Great Commission, Bonnie is committed to helping bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to unreached people groups around the world. Her heart for the nations and her dedication to the mission fuel everything she does, ensuring that our teams are equipped, supported, and empowered to reach those who have never heard.

Victor Barousse

Jacksonville Director

Victor burns with a vision to see the city-wide church join together in supernatural unity as described in John 17:21. This is unity unto a purpose: to reach the many nationalities living right in our city with the Gospel, while also bringing the message of Jesus Christ to the entire county of Thailand.

Victor and his anointed wife, Kathie, are experienced field missionaries with Go to Nations, seeing much fruit over many years of church planting, leadership development and humanitarian work, particularly among the Slavic peoples. Their last church plant, called New Testament Church, now serves as a model for ministry among the Buddhist and Animist peoples of Siberia. As a spiritual father and mother, Victor and Kathie have a vision to see a multitude of spiritual children equipped and sent forth to the nations.

David Harmon

New Nations Coordinator | Storyteller & Media Strategist

David serves as the New Nations Coordinator at City for the Nations, where he plays a vital role in forging new connections and expanding the reach of the gospel into unreached regions. With a deep passion for media and technology, he leads a range of creative projects—from livestream events to printed materials and digital storytelling—each one crafted to reflect the heart of God’s mission and the voices of those we serve.

Originally from the hills of Eastern Kentucky, David met his wife, Laura—who grew up in Strunk, Kentucky—while both were living in Somerset. Married for over 20 years, they’ve walked together in ministry nearly every step of the way. United by a shared love for Jesus and a burning desire to see the lost come to know Him, David and Laura have built a life anchored in faith, purpose, and obedience. Their partnership is a testament to God’s grace, and their hearts beat together for the Great Commission.

Now, through his role at City for the Nations, David uses his gifts to support disciple-making movements across the globe. Whether behind a camera, building new partnerships, or capturing the stories of what God is doing in the nations, his mission is clear: to help finish the task by making Jesus known—everywhere.
